Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on boxes or individual products at this time. However, we understand that sometimes, against all odds, products may get damaged in transit. We carefully inspect every piece that is neatly hand-packed into your order and triple-check that our packing is secure, but it's not always a guarantee. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery and we will happily replace the item for you.
