Where do you ship and how much is it?
All of our boxes are exclusively available to Canadians, so we only ship within Canada. We charge a flat rate of $13.
If you're local to Ottawa, we have two local pick up points –– one in the Glebe and one in Braeside.
Everything within the Raptors Collection ships anywhere in Canada and the U.S.
When will my order ship and can I track delivery?
All gift boxes are shipped out within 2 business days. For seasonal subscriptions, the boxes are shipped out quarterly in January, April, July and October, on the 11th of the month.
All products under the Raptors Collection are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment.
